How Predictive Maintenance is Transforming Oil & Gas Operations in 2025 In industries where downtime costs thousands of dollars per hour, the ability to prevent equipment failure before it happens is a game-changer. This is especially true in the oil and gas sector, where machinery runs under extreme pressure and
Jakarta, Indonesia — July 15, 2025 Indonesia’s oil and gas industry remains one of the country’s most critical economic drivers, contributing significantly to national revenue and energy security. As demand for energy continues to rise, the sector is undergoing a complex transformation—facing both traditional challenges and emerging opportunities in a
Surge arresters are essential components in modern electrical systems, protecting critical infrastructure from overvoltages caused by lightning strikes and switching operations. However, these devices do not last forever. As they age, their performance deteriorates, and instead of providing protection, they may become a source of electrical faults. This article discusses
In harsh industrial environments such as Oil & Gas, Mining, and Construction, equipment must withstand extreme conditions like dust, water, and physical impact. That’s where Ingress Protection (IP) ratings come in. These internationally recognized codes define the level of protection an enclosure provides against solids and liquids. One of the
A bolted fault is a type of short circuit in an electrical system where the conductors—such as phase-to-phase or phase-to-ground—are connected by a conductor with zero impedance. In other words, it is a direct and solid connection between two or more points in a circuit where a fault occurs, without
In today’s volatile global landscape, disruptions such as material shortages, shipping delays, geopolitical tensions, and public health crises have exposed the vulnerabilities in many industrial supply chains. For sectors like Oil & Gas, Mining, and Petrochemicals—where project delays directly impact profitability and safety—the need for resilient, flexible supply chain strategies
Jakarta, Indonesia – June 2025In heavy industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, and Petrochemicals, workplace safety is not just a regulatory requirement—it is a critical factor that directly impacts operational continuity, workforce morale, and financial outcomes. The implementation of effective safety equipment is one of the most practical and
In high-risk sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, and Petrochemicals, the success of a project often depends on more than just manpower and machines—it depends on the reliability of the supply chain. Choosing the right supplier can have a significant impact on operational efficiency, safety compliance, and overall project
